Issue With Mobile Number on eBay

Hi, I have 2-step authentication on my account which has worked fine for years but last night no texts were received (even though eBay said it had sent one).

I noticed that the number they were sending it to started '7' rather than '07' so I contacted chat and got them to take off the authentication so I an now access my account.

However, when I try to update my number, it just goes to a blank screen.

I have tried this on various browsers and on the App but I just can't change my number.

Any advice? No idea why this has suddenly happened, I have changed my password just in case but it just seems like something odd on eBay,

I have had the same problem last week updating my details, after following their advice and clearing my cache, trying different browsers the problem wasn't resolved and eventually they suggested I tried logging in and making the changes via the browser on my phone, which worked.

Thanks for your help but I have already tried that. Had to uninstall the App to stop it going to that but the browsers on my phone don't work.

I am able to log in without 2 step authentication, but it is annoying me!
