    Google is your friend. MCOL is the online small claims court process, and the L in LBA stands for Letter.
  • Name of site did you take note of serial number incase it was registered before so you could prove it was used.
  • Hi, there was no real disputing it had been used as we took pictures and sent them to the company literally minutes after it had been delivered. You could see the packaging was covered in old coffee which had soaked through the cardboard/polystyrene packaging and dried. There was no dispute there and they were happy to replace it at this point.
