Not all criteria is published. Lenders score according to internal algorithms run across the data sets supplied by the CRA's. A good MA should know where best to place your case.mitt123 said:8 working days. Then we appealed, which took a further 48 hours. Our MA rechecked and we still fit the criteria 🙈🙈🙈0 -
It never gets old. I mean why three conveyancing solicitors?! Ok, while it's a terrible idea, there's a thought process behind three lenders for one property, they can grant different amounts upon application but pairing them with different conveyancers across three houses is just madness. Dealing with one house, one conveyancing solicitor and one lender is stressful enough!csgohan4 said:

While he didn't intend to commit fraud and there was no evidence he did anything malicious (just careless), didn't matter. If the banks are suspicious, they won't deal with someone. A Cifas marker is really bad. He really shot himself in the foot.
there you go, I kept that in case a thread like this appears0 -
We have had 2 applications in, it’s me the lady is referring to on the other thread. We have our reasons and one lender has gone to offer, don’t think I’ll squeeze the one with my current lender in before exchange (it will save us the ERC). 3 mortgage advisers advised us to take this course of action.0

I must add, this was a timescale issue. There is no change in the details in the applications, and it’s the same broker, for the same property.Sparklestar1127 said:We have had 2 applications in, it’s me the lady is referring to on the other thread.
