Unhappy with surveyors report for mortgage valuation report.

I contracted a well established company for a Mortgage Valuation Report. This was at a cost of £250. In the report it says quote "There is vegetation growth within the gutters". There is nothing growing out of the gutters which were cleaned out two years ago & the eaves & soffits were repainted. I have just had a drone up for further inspection & there is definitely no vegetation or anything else in the gutters. Some slight debris of dust & dirt in the very bottom, but at least 80-90% of the bottom of gutter is clean. 2nd For his attic inspection he never got off the ladder, I have had the attic rafters treated due to a report 4 years ago of woodworm & bark beatle infestation? The company that carried out that work could not find any woodworm infestation & remarked that Bark on the edge of a couple of rafters could easily be mistaken for bark beatle infestation. Best treat it anyway as once it was on a home report.... I asked the surveyor if he had seen the earlier report carried out by same company (requested by my sister), "yes" he said. I said I have the guarantee that it has been treated & a 25 year guarantee was in place. His report said "I have been advised that woodworm infestation evident to timbers within the attic space has been treated & that a balance of a long term guarantee is available" My point is- There is no woodworm infestation evident, if there is it's especially not evident from the loft hatch, which means he is stating that from a previous inspection report & not from viewing what i am paying him for. If i had used a different surveillance? company would they still have had access to that old report? I think it was down to sawdust on the insulation being mistaken for woodworm detritus. From having the central heating pipe cut through the roof. I have complained to the company involved & am awaiting their response. Any views on how to proceed would be welcome.
