You can obtain help from a solicitor who will complete the forms on your behalf.
You can charge his fees as an executor's expense when you come to distribute the estate.

Hi all, does anyone have any knowledge re shares valued higher at the date of a persons death that will be a lower value when executors distributors estate. The higher value of shares will be added to the persons estate value but relatives won’t get this higher value in reality. Can anyone explain what happens?
