When you book accommodation via AirBnB.
I booked and paid £241.46 on 22.11.19. I was due to stay 28.04.20. I cancelled on 26.03.20 due to Covid 19.
According to AirBnB a "full refund" = refund minus £67.52 AirBnB fees.

I have been struggling to get a full refund since April. Posted on AirBnB Facebook page and very quick response >I have already requested to have the service fee refunded. I have already processed the £67.52 service fee that was not initially refunded .
