Argos card not updated my credit record since January 2020.

    @pinkandpurplehazeysky mine hasn't been updated since March and since then I have cleared a further £250 (only owe £100 now). Slightly frustrating but I'm sure its just not one of their priorities given the current pandemic. Although it's good to hear someone else is in the same boat, was worried it was just me.
    FTB with Natwest
    31/07 - DIP by Brooker Accepted
    05/08 - Full application submitted
    12/08 - Payslips requested and sent
    14/08 - Valuation requested and booked for 24th August
    17/08 - Proof of gifted deposit and confirmation of our monthly loan payments requested. 
    18/08 - Approved subject to valuation 
    24/08 - Valuation completed in morning. In afternoon tracker says report has been received and they'll let us know once fully reviewed.

    Is yours with Clearscore too?

    No worries! Yep, Clearscore is March and Experian (just checked the app) is April. Hopefully they'll both update for us soon :)

    Similar (though not quite as delayed) story with an MBNA card here. Sure, some staff will be busy, but I find it slightly boggling that they need any staff to update the credit records - isn't this just fully automated? I've got visions of the work experience kid typing in a long list of balances. Not good enough, IMO.

    Like you doneb55, I am a bit surprised they are so far behind, as everything else on my credit record with Clearscore is up to date.  All updated mid July.   My water supplier, my gas account, my bank account, and my husband's credit card is up to date.  (And everything else.)

    But not the Argos card.  It has not been updated for 7 months!   :(

    Like you, I also hope they update the credit companies for us all soon!  (Argos and MBNA, and any others.)

    As I said though, it's good to know it's not just me.
