Money Supermarket - Data Selling?

I was looking for life insurance for myself and my Wife last week, so I popped on to Money Supermarket to get some quotes together.
Much like I always do, I specifically requested to not hear from them via any method, phone, email, SMS etc.
The next day I get a call from a company called LifeSearch about the quote I rung up on Money Supermarket?
I get a text message from them every day with them offering me different promotions with the life insurance.
I'm sure all they've done is sold my data on to a third party without my consent. Not impressed.
