Upgrade with EE

I have just upgraded my IPad online with EE. I was given a price which I was happy with, this included a couple of discounts. I confirmed it all online and was awaiting for my tablet to arrive however I get a phone-call the following day to say they can’t give me the table at the monthly price I got given online and that one of the discounts would have to be taken off. Where do I stand with this as far as I was concerned the price I was given online is the price I should pay?
thanks, Aimee

Tell them to cancel the upgrade as the could not comply with what you sign up to.
