Cleverspa hot tub fault

Good morning everyone.
I purchased a hot tub in April this year as did many other people due to no holiday etc and within 10 weeks it had stopped working. I got in touch with clever company because it was over the 45 days period to return it to store. The only way to contact them was via email which I did on 10th July. It took a week to get back to me and after advising me on a few things to try and fix the hot tub they said the collections team would be in touch to arrange collection and repair of the hot tub. I have never had any contact bu this team. I contacted them again on 3rd August and have never had a reply. I have tried ringing the customer service number and it just cuts you off. 
What can I do?
I dont even want them to fix it anymore because I am over 6 weeks further into my warranty with them and by the time they do fix it my warranty might be up and then there is nothing I can do. I want a refund but B and Q won't do that because clever company have to be given the opportunity to fix it. 
Is there a reasonable time frame I have to give them in which to collect and repair the tub or can I demand a refund.

    Your contract is with B&Q so deal with them.  You have consumer rights, the 45 day return policy is nothing to do with faults.  B&Q may refer you to Cleverspa and that may be a faster way of resolving the problem but always remember that your consumer rights rest with B&Q and they can't fob you off to the manufacturer.
