It feels like it has 2 or 3 leg supports and only one support is remaining so the thing is drooping down about 8mm opposite the one leg that still remains. Push it up it just falls back down.
How do these come out of the ceiling for me to take a look? If I pull, it will just tear the plaster board will it not?

twist the bezel to remove, some are left hand threaded so try both ways. the bezel will come off and reveal some screws, probably1
