Importance of location of my accommodation when claiming Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction

Hi expert tribe!
I would like to know why it is important for my Council to know the location of my accommodation when filling a Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction claim form?
They are asking me below questions-

As you look at the building from the street, where in the building do you live?

 at the left

 at the right

Which part of the floor or floors in the building you occupy, do you live in?

 front

 middle

 back

Will this affect the amount of the award/reduction given? 
Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

No idea why they are asking. It will not affect your entitlement.

Are you certain you are able to receive Housing Benefit? Very few people can have new claims accepted - most need to claim help with rent by claiming Universal Credit.
