Has anyone else checked there banking app over the weekend to find an unusual black symbol against the current account balance panel?
This isIis on the home page, in the top right of the account balance panel. It looks like a black triangle with an explanation mark (like a warning sign).
Our account is fine, never goes overdrawn.
Did a live chat with Virgin, and they say it's a known issue, and there's no issue with the account.
Just a bit alarming, and wondered if others are affected.
