Towergate Travel Insurance (sold by Sykes Cottages) - Ignoring me - Now sued them!

I took out a single trip policy in Dec 2019 with Towergate that was sold to me by Sykes cottages when I booked an extended family event for 10 people for Easter 2020.
I contacted them for advice and the single time I heard anything from them, was advice I should cancel the booking because if I deferred the booking they wouldn't cover future issues related to COVID-19.
Since then they have totally ignored my claim being sent by email and recorded delivery on 5 separate occasions. I have now made a county court claim (its really easy to do!) and they ignored all the letters relating to that, so I now have judgement against them. I'm just in the process of using court bailiffs to enforce this - they are behaving like a company that is about to go bust - yet check their Companies House accounts and they measure their cashflow in the hundreds of millions of pounds.
I wanted to highlight what a truly terrible company they are and to avoid them if at all possible,

Sykes Cottages refunded or amended the booking if the holiday was cancelled due to covid 19.
No need to claim on insurance.
of course of the OP cancelled , not Sykes, then he has no claim.0
