Cards aren't working for some reason - website down, as is the app.

I don't know about the card, but at 9:24 I logged into the website.

Working again now, but earlier on this morning it was impossible to use the cards online, or to use the app or log in to the website.
Some sort of major IT outage.
I avoid using this card whenever possible and use it only when Amex isn't taken. The comparison between the efficiency and ease of use of Amex and the poor service offered by the Partnership Card is amazing. Almost as if they're trying to match the poor service of John Lewis these days - even though HSBC operate the card.0 -
Had a JL card for years, never had a problem. I spend on it, get a bill, pay it, just as I have done with every credit card I have ever had.
