can someone help
I received a phone call out of the blue from Lowell claiming that I owe £700.90 to Littlewoods/shop direct from a transaction over 5 years ago.
I have never bought anything from Littlewoods so at a loss what to do.
I questioned an an address on Noddle some 5 years ago which was in Dagenham and Noddle came back to me with the address which had been supplied to them by Shop Direct Finance Company. Noddle started that after investigation SDFC did not authorise the removal of the address link so therefore it must remain on my credit report.
Today I received an annual statement covering the period 31/8/2015 to 17/8/2020 with an original credit agreement date of 10/10/2014
any thoughts or advice please
