    It's the solicitor who'll have a better idea of how long is needed in practice. Although many lenders say five days, I've rarely encountered any who can't do it faster.
    Hoping this is very much the case, especially in Covid times. Our solicitor has everything she needs to get this exchanged and completed by Wednesday from us, so I hope our lender plays ball with this. There are 4 parties in our chain including us, the only one I have doubts on is the top who have been slow throughout...
    Our case completion date has been changed from 28th to 26th August, and she's already contacted the lender on Friday, so I'd like to think there's a good chance we can get this done if she's updated our date.
    Going to be a long, sleepless night I think.  :'(
