I cannot find the link to sign up for the 18866 flatrate,

need to go back to work now and would appreciate it if someone could help me out please please please.

Don't think you can use it with every telephone company.

Not sure why this thread has been brought up as it is more than a year old but https://www.call1899.co.uk is now cheaper with a 3p connection charge instead of 4p with 18866.
