I wish to claim under S 75 re cruise deposit and excursions with Cunard but am having little response from them. I now wish to claim from HSBC Visa under the Consumer Credit Act and need the name and address of someone to whom I can submit my claim. Any help gratefully received,0

When were you suppose to travel?
Was the cruise cancelled by you or them?
To me if applicable a chargeback would make more sense depending on your answers to above questions.0 -

And you appear confused - you don't direct a s75 claim to the merchant (i.e. Cunard here), as section 75 is the part of the Consumer Credit Act that holds the credit provider equally liable as the merchant, so only applies when you don't wish to pursue the matter with the merchant, but, as above, chargeback may be more appropriate anyway.0 -
As per jones.
Who cancelled?
If you, then no S75.
HSBC will want information of any contact with Cunard, so if you are hoping the bank will be quicker, you need to rethink. As S75 will take a long time especially after the recent announcement that vouchers are protected by Abta/Atol.
Cunard are ATOL/ATOL registered.

When you book directly with Cunard, you can rest assured that your money and holiday are in safe hands, with the added confidence of ATOL and ABTA protection. Our Fly-Cruises are financially protected by the ATOL scheme (ATOL number 6294), and you’ll receive an ATOL Certificate when you pay for your holiday. Cunard non-Fly-Cruises that are sold in the UK are protected by ABTA (membership number V8764), which offers you the support and expertise of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct. Should you need support with resolving a complaint, ABTA's approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process is at your disposal.<<
