I have been an Amazon Prime customer since 2012. I obtained a Morrisons delivery pass last year. Amazon Fresh isn't available here yet. I used Amazon Pantry a couple of times but it didn't have shopping-friendly software, whereas Amazon Fresh does. I can get Morrisons deliveries, but limits like only 1 cucumber, 3 tins of chopped tomatoes, 2 packs of bell peppers are annoying. I bought a tray of tinned salmon from Amazon (not Pantry or Fresh) but got next day free delivery and saved £9 on the shelf price at Morrisons and I wouldn't be able to buy that much for an online delivery. I'm thinking of ditching the Morrisons pass and going back to ASDA. More organic products, basically.
  • FWIW I live in London and Prime Now offers a mix of Morrisons and non-Morrisons items. From what I can see, the Morrisons stuff comes from a nearby store, while the rest comes from a warehouse in east London.
I've used it on occasion, but generally prefer to rely on my local shops plus a Sainsbury's delivery every now and then.

For those of you who get items delivered from a local Morrisons store, are they delivered in a brown bag by any chance ?

One easy way of knowing for sure is that the bags dont say Morrisons anywhere on them, They are plastered with Amazon

I've used it on occasion, but generally prefer to rely on my local shops plus a Sainsbury's delivery every now and then.
Had a convo with customer services today and learned:
    1. Amazon stock comes from deliveries made by Morrisons to Amazon warehouse
    2. Deliveries from Morrisons itself, are picked at local stores.
    3. Stock at Morrisons stores is allocated between shop and online delivery. That means that items showing as out of stock online, or products being limited eg 1 organic cucumber per order may well be in stock in the shop.
    4. If receipt says you got the product that you ordered but the picker substituted something else and didn't list it, complain. This happened to me for the fourth time this week and I got 8.16 refund.
    5. It can be cheaper to buy some Morrisons products from Amazon, especially if you have Amazon Prime, but not all.
No Amazon Fresh here yet, I will use when we get it. There are rumours in trade mag The Grocer according to Twitter, that Waitrose will hook up with Amazon which would be awesome.
