Stuck on a question saying "Give me an explanation of your work history over the last year?"

I worked as picker at dhl selfridges from 15th october 2018 to nov 2019
I worked as warehouse operative at Kitchen craft from december 2019 to december 2019
I worked as warehouse operative at Kitchen craft from january 2020 to march 2020
I worked as warehouse operative at Hozelock from may 2020 to june 2020
I worked as warehouse operative at Rico from july 2020 to present

I normally just write:
Agency name, time from / to
Various temporary positions including .....
* Administration
* Diary management
(or whatever the important bits were)

In your case it will be: 
Various temporary warehouse positions including DHL, K.
* Important part 1
* Important part 2
(4 bits will be enough)

No need to over complicate it as you seem to be panicking with all forms. Read the forms, have a think about the questions, put pen to paper and rearrange what you write, then start filling in the form. Read it carefully before submitting it.
