ITV HORSE RACING PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter and STV Group PLC, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw in relation to ITV Horse Racing programme (the “Programme”) opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, post, and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Friday 21 August 2020.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and online at 3.00pm on Monday 4 January 2021.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 3.00pm on Thursday 7 January 2021.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within 48 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

This element of the prize consists of £35,000 (thirty-five thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

(ii) Ultimate UK Racing Year for 2

This element of the prize consists of hospitality tickets for the winner and up to one (1) companion to attend six (6) racing events including accommodation, breakfast and transfers as applicable.

This element of the prize includes:

This element of the prize includes:

· Two (2) tickets for the Epsom Derby on 4 June 2021.

· Two (2) nights’ stay at 4* Hotel based on two (2) people sharing a twin or double room (subject to availability) on 4 June and 5 June 2021.

· Breakfast for two (2) at the 4* Hotel on 5 June and 6 June 2021.

· Return transfers from the 4* Hotel to Epsom racecourse on 4 June 2021.

4. Tuesday of Royal Ascot

This element of the prize includes:

· Two (2) tickets for the Royal Ascot on 15 June 2021.

· Two (2) nights’ stay at the Grange Bracknell Hotel, The Ring, Bracknell RG12 1ED, based on two (2) people sharing a twin or double room (subject to availability) on 14 June and 15 June 2021.

· Breakfast for two (2) at the Grange Bracknell Hotel on 15 June and 16 June 2021.

· Return transfers from the Grange Bracknell Hotel to Royal Ascot on 15 June 2021.

5. Glorious Goodwood

This element of the prize includes:

· Two (2) tickets for the Glorious Goodwood on 27 July 2021.

· Return transfers from the Old Thorns Hotel to Glorious Goodwood on 27 July 2021.

6. Champions Day

This element of the prize includes:

· Two (2) tickets for the Champions Day at Ascot on 16 October 2021.

· Two (2) nights’ stay at the Grange Bracknell Hotel based on two (2) people sharing a twin or double room (subject to availability) on 15 October and 16 October 2021.

· Breakfast for two (2) at the Grange Bracknell Hotel on 16 October and 17 October 2021.

· Return transfers from the Grange Bracknell Hotel to Ascot on 16 October 2021.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion are available to take the prize on the relevant dates. The Promoter does not accept responsibility in the event that the winner and/or their companion cannot attend any of the racing events for any reason.

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. Alcohol will only be offered to a companion aged 18 or over.

It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Prize provider of the Ultimate UK Racing Year for 2 of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. Please note that there is no disabled access to the VIP Bar area for the Cheltenham Gold Cup. If the winner and/or their companion is disabled, they will be able to enter the racecourse and accessible areas but not the Racing Breaks VIP Bar, and a fifty pounds (£50) voucher per person will be offered to the winner and their companion to redeem at any non-VIP bar in Cheltenham.

The winner and their companion acknowledge that the Promoter does not accept responsibility in the event that no races take place on the relevant dates (as specified above) due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation. However, in this case, the Prize provider for Ultimate UK Racing Year for 2 will provide tickets to attend the same races in 2022 with the same hospitality packages to the winner and their companion.

In the event no races take place on the relevant dates (as specified above) for any other reason (other than the ongoing Covid-19 situation), the winner and their companion acknowledge that the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

The prize excludes all other transfers (including, but not limited to, return transfers from the winner’s home address to various racecourses or the hotels), transport, meals, drinks and treatments (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions car hire, personal expenses.
