**FAULT** Main Forum Display problem with Sub-Forums

For the past few days the sub-forums at the top of a main forum page sometimes show the "Most recent" thread incorrectly.
This is intermittent, it is not dependent on browser, nor on login status.
The first screenshot shows the "NO NEED TO SHOUT" thread as the most recent in both the "Compers Chat Corner" and "I won! I won!" forums. It is actually the most recent in the "Chat Forum" and has nothing to do with the "I won" forum (and it has not been moved by board guides between forums).
The second screenshot shows the display after I posted in the Chat Forum. The "NO NEED TO SHOUT" thread (which is in the Chat Forum) is still shown as Most recent in the "I won!" forum.
Other instances of this fault have shown threads from the main "Competitions Time" forum showing as the Most recent in the "Game Over" sub-forum, so it affects all the sub-forums.

At the same time as this appeared, another strange fault appeared in Search which could be connected.
If you do a search on Competitions time, any results show the threads as being in Competitions time. If you then add the 'search subcategories' and search again, all the results show as being in Game Over even if they are the ones still in Competitions time. I did once see them being shown as in I won I won I won but haven't been able to repeat this.
e.g. Competitions time search using 'penguin' - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/search?cat=72&adv=1&search=penguin
Add in 'search subcategories': https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/search?adv=1&search=penguin&title=&author=&cat=72&subcats=1&tags=&discussion_d=1&comment_c=1&discussion_poll=1&within=1+day&date=
Well, I said I couldn't repeat the I won I won I won version but that is exactly what the above search has done but not when I first did it. So that is variable.1 -
It's still doing it. Today the newest post (when looking at the forum index) shows this board has a latest post as being from 26th July.1
