Jet 2 flights refund
KELBAIN
We booked our flight on a credit card that we have now paid off and no longer have. Just had email our flights cancelled and apply for credit note now or refund will automatically happen- I am trying to call to tell them my refund cannot be paid into this card. Do I have option to get paid into different card but in my name or will it need to be a voucher?

Refunds usually have to be paid to the original payment method - the credit card services provider for my business physically wouldn't let me refund to another card, regardless of reason.
Don't worry, though - the credit card company will either send a cheque, or you can have the refund moved to a current account.0
