As above, a booking that I have has disappeared from my account, so need to contact them, anyone got a contact that actually responds?

I couldn't contact lastminute.com until the day before my previously cancelled trip to Spain. They said they had emailed me 4 times with "decreasing offers of refund". I had received no such offers (checked spam). I only received generic sales info. I lost almost £500. Can anyone advise on the legal status when one party says it sent emails and the receiving party clearly didn't receive them? Infuriating doesn't cover it! Thanks0

They were responding to the email customercare@lastminute.com within a couple of hours but in the last few days they haven't been. You can speak to someone on 0843 837 5499 though I feel this may be an outsourced centre.0
