I am a Self employed window cleaner with mainly elderly customers. My problem is that I have lost work due to some of my customers not wanting me to enter there house to clean there windows on the inside and with me caring for my mother with health conditions I don’t really feel comfortable inside their houses anyway. I have lost approx 20 per cent of turnover. Would you say I am entitled to claim for the second grant even though i can still clean the outside. Any advise would be appreciated..
