I have booked to go in my touring caravan for 10 days to  UK Holiday Park. But the company are not reducing the VAT as they say its to complicated.
Can they continue to charge 20% VAT

If this isn't a business to business transaction all that matters to you is the price as it will be VAT inclusive.

The VAT issue is between the campsite and HMRC.

They could reduce the VAT but merely increase the Vatable price, it will make no difference to you.

I’m running a business that’s had VAT come down to 5%. We aren’t offering this to the consumer.

The whole point is we’ve been closed for 5
months & need to make back for our losses.

We aren’t highly priced either I don’t consider, but unless your a large company who can absorb the losses most won’t pass it over.
