Resigning while on furlough but paid in advance

I am employed as a consultant to work 10 weeks per year from October to December but I am paid my salary throughout the year per month. As I am furloughed and the company has only topped up my salary by 20% during furlough If I were to resign now would I have to repay the part of my salary that the Government has paid me as well as the 20% the company has paid me. Clearly my salary covers the 10 weeks I work but as I haven’t yet worked that 10 weeks would a potential overpayment of salary apply, although the Government has paid it as part of furlough
