Virgin atlantic reward voucher

Hi i qualified for a reward voucher in the first 12 months. Do i get a voucher emailed or is it just put into my flying club account.

It’s in the T’s and C’s you assumingly read...?

The reward will automatically be added to your Flying Club account within 10 days of earning it. It’ll be ready to spend straightaway.

Been through this complaint already... basically they don’t tell you as both say the other is supposed to but if you contact the airline they’ll confirm the companion voucher is there.

Hopefully you also got the email from VS stating that they have improved the voucher now so you can get a companion ticket in any class irrespective of your tier status with VS too

I would spend your voucher ASAP if you need to spend it on flights with them because it seems increasingly likely that Virgin Atlantic are going to go under.
