Their phone number goes to a recording that says "we value your call, please hold the line" then cuts off.

Just to echo what most others have said, I have had my FIT with eon since 2011 never an issue prompt payment they even remind me to send a reading. I have however changed suppliers many times in the last 10 years going back to eon at one time, now with Octopus after leaving bu;lb
