PCN Parking Fine at my own property

Hi all,
i hope you can help!
i received a parking ticket within my own bay at my flat I own. The parking permit was not displayed in the window for 1 evening as it slipped- it is now permanently affixed. We appealed this and as predicated it was rejected as it has to be displayed at all times in the window...
I’ve called PCN and their staff are useless and managers won’t even speak on the phone.
i am refusing to pay the ticket as I live here and think it’s unfair to pay £100 when I own my property.
just received the letter upping the charge to £100. Any advice on whether this will actually go to court? I am quite nervous about it all so hoping for some proactive steps I can take
thank you in advance

1. Read the NEWBIE sticky
2. Appeal using the pre-written appeal in blue text
3. Read some other own space threads4 -
Tell us what you lease/freehold deeds say about parking. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Do you own the parking space or is it demised to you under a lease/AST/
If the former, does it show on the Land Registry entry?
If the latter, what does your lease/AST say about parking, permits, PCNs, and court claims?
You existing rights will have primacy of contract over anything a third party scammer says.
What happened when you complained to the landowner/management agency?
Have you complained yet to your MP about this unregulated scam?I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Of course the PPC will appear useless, and the management won't talk to you, fairness doesn't buy their owner the latest BMW, you are dealing with scammers not John Lewis!

Name the parking company
People here are more interested in your rights to the Parking space , not if you are a homeowner or not , you could be a homeowner with no rights or few rights over any parking space
Indignation won't help you here , it's about contract law , AST or lease rights , your legal rights to park in that space , the demands about displaying a permit etc4 -
Any updates on this, I am in a similar situation with City Permits for parking on my own freehold land.0

Tell them to get lost, or you will sue them for trespassing on your freehold land.amazoncustomer said:Any updates on this, I am in a similar situation with City Permits for parking on my own freehold land.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
