Marbles card - wrong address

Hello all,

I applied for a marbles card on Monday so I could do a balance transfer. I did this via totally money and was approved. I called marbles this morning as I was unable to register for an online account, it turns out that they addres they have on file is my previous address (despite me putting my current addrsss in the application,
which I have lived at for over 2 years!)
because I can’t get access to my previous address they said there’s nothing that could be done so they’ve closed my account and have told me to reapply. 

Will this show up on my credit file and can it be removed?

They will use the address you provided to
them

Have you tried applying at any of the more mainstream & lower interest rate cards?
As you have applied via one of the credit ref sites & they get a kick back for referrals. So may not offer you the best deal you can get.
