Cottages.com AWOL

Options
How on earth do you contact Cottages.com at the moment ?
E.mails not being answered and they are not taking any calls. Not just a delay in answering calls, actually not taking them at all according to a recorded message.
All we want to know is if our booking for the 26th September is intact or not so we can make plans accordingly or try for a refund.
How can a company go completely AWOL like that ?. Except for taking new payments / bookings of course !!!!

Trustpilot has clearly been infiltrated by false positive reviewers. A couple of days back it was full of the sort of negative experiences that we are having with Cottages.com.
Then within 24 hours, as if by magic, a spate of 5 star reviews appear.
Gradually the true reviews are creeping back on there though, contrasting strongly with the vacuous "positive experiences".
I guess a company can still pay a bunch of people to post positive reviews to skew things ?
If anyone has any suggestions on how we can exert some influence over this company to find out about our booking I would be very grateful.
    Thanks.

Thanks. I have sent a message to awaze asking for their help in this.

Rather to my surprise, messaging Awaze seems to have had results. I received a phone message and a back up e.mail with attached letter assuring me that our booking was solid and that the key holder for the property would be expecting us on the first day of our booking.
While the letter bore the cottages.com logo I noted that the e.mail was from an awaze e.mail address.
Thanks for the suggestion @daveyjp :)
