Oh and they insist that the work is good. They have offered to so!be some issues with the roof, but that was 2 weeks ago and although I accepted we have heard nothing from them.

It doesn't work like that. If you claim successfully, the product goes back to the retailer - you can't have your cake and eat it. The fact you have spent more of your own money on it is irrelevant. If you want that money, you would have to go to court and sue.

That is helpful thank you, I didn't know that. I'm not trying to have my cake and eat it, I just want what I paid for and thought I could have it repaired. The quote to do that is £14,000!
