Easyjet Refund

Hello 
I was due to fly with easyjet on the 1st August to Menorca and return 11th August.
I did not travel as it was against FCO advise.
I spoke to easyjet who only offered me a voucher as the flights did in fact take place. I asked for a refund and they refused.
Question is, am I really entitled to a refund?

No, you're not entitled to a refund or a voucher - they're going over and above by giving you the voucher.
I'd take it in good grace, as they could easily withdraw that offer - the flight was available for you to take.1 -
Voucher is a good result. With Easyjet, vouchers (or refund) are only offered when the flight is cancelled. When a flight is not cancelled your option is to change the date1
