Ulster Bank have stealthily charged over €250 since 2013 for an account I stopped using in 2006

That's a good result.joeyjoejnr1 said:UPDATE: Wrote a letter of complaint to Ulster Bank a few weeks back. Just got off the phone with them and they are refunding all fees and closing my account. They accepted full responsibility.
They had my current address since 2010 so I've no idea why they didn't send me any comms on overdraft fees, they can't explain it either.
Thanks to everyone who helped, and a big up yours to everyone who tried to make me feel like I was an idiot.
How you ended up in the overdraft, new annual fees, rather than you just spending it I think put you in a stronger position to complain about them. Combine that with their lack of notification and it's a slam dunk really. Good to see common sense prevail in the end.
