so i got the CC from my student account with natwest in october. it's let me use it all well and fine, but since getting it, i've had no statement for october or november and all i've had from natwest is three CC application forms through the post.
i've just tried paying my insurance deposit on my card and it wont let me.
this is my first CC and i'm just wondering what might be happening?
