Hi, Easyjet have cancelled my outgoing flight in September (I have requested a refund) but have not cancelled my return flight (I have received an email from them stating that flight time has changed). I cannot find anywhere on their site to do this, Can you help please

If the two flights were booked on the same booking reference then you're entitled to a refund of both flights. You may have to speak to easyJet though to arrange this, as I've seen reports that using the online form will only generate a refund for the cancelled leg.0

If you booked both flights at same time on same invoice then you should get a refund for both legs. Sit tight and don't cancel the return flight yourself. IF you booked two separate single flights because it was cheaper, then you will have to wait to see if return is cancelled.0

If you requested the refund via the online form then they should refund both
"Once the online refund request is processed, it will be applied to all flights on the booking, excluding any flights that have already been flown."
