Cats & Shared Ownership

I’ve been in a shared ownership property for over 2 years now, and owned a car for nearly all of them. I have never had an issue with my cat and my lease makes absolutely no mention (that I can see) of keeping pets at all, I also know that my neighbours are also pet owners. I have been hoping to rehome another cat for a while and now the adoption agency have said I need written permission from my landlord. Does anyone have any idea where I would find the permission from my “landlord” in any of my paperwork? My ideal would be for someone to have proof that Paradigm housing association allow pets in their houses 😊 if I can’t find it anywhere, who within the housing association would I contact?

With a Housing Association, I'd suggest approaching your housing officer, although having looked at their home page it's possible that for shared ownership you don't have one. So go for their contact page and ring customer services.
If your lease specifically said it was OK to keep pets, then that should be acceptable, but in the absence of that then written permission is the way to go.Signature removed for peace of mind0
