District Enforcement Limited

If anybody has had a ticket from District Enforcement at, Hope Park, Macclesfield, Bank Square, Wilmslow in the last year ask DE for the Landowners Service Level agreement or contract and you will find that they do not have either.  Contact DVLA and the ICO and the IPC (it is unlikely that the IPC will do anything as he is part of their clan)!  Other sites in the North West may also not have contracts.

  • This is my problem, I am 'in court' next week via Microsoft Teams. I never recieved NtK at all, although theres a fabricated one in his evidence with 2 different business addresses on, LBC came 1 year & 1 week after the event via Gladstone's, they also included an out of date contract with the Uni, photos of my car show no context in relation to distance to the sign or road, they include an aerial shot of the alleged area but cant point out which is my car from that shot! The alleged breach is named as a totally different area.....its a farce! I really dont know how the courts can keep letting PPC and solicitors get away with these scams, its abhorent!

  • Hi All

I have just won a tribunal against district enforcement limited.  They produced a calendar that was proven to have been fabricated by the company and the judge saw right through it!  If anybody wants to look it is:  West Midlands Tribunal  1305799/20  Anderson V District Enforcement Limited.

I'm sure you mean it is going up at a rate of 8% per annum, which equates to approx. 0.022% per day.
Which on your sum is about thirty-seven pence per day.

No it is going up by 8% per day so iti s about £130 per day!  District Enforcement Limited, according to DCBL after a visit to their head office, 7, Castle House, South Street, Ashby De La Zouch spoke to the Landlord and he said that District Enforcement had done a moonlight flit and owed £1500 in rent.  Anybody looking for them should check, 11, Charter Point Way ashby De La Zouch!

    Haha. No it is not.

So doubling every two weeks or so?
    That's a nice little earner.
How can I get in on this?
