Receiving random stamp presentation packs in the mail?

Hi all. I have a question.
I have just got my second lot of Royal Mail Presentation Stamps today, and am confused where they are coming from. I signed up to Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel many months ago, and received an invitation several months after that. However, I messed up my address (I selected "No. Incorrect address when signing up"), and so my application was stuck on pending. I therefore haven't received any cubes to send, and had forgotten all about it. The envelopes the stamps come in are hand-written, but are from "N. Ayivor" (from the return address), who I believe is the Senior Communications Manager at Royal Mail. The postcode of the address also corresponds to Royal Mail HQ. There were no notes inside the letters; just the stamps.
When I received the first letter with stamps inside, I thought it was from a competition win, as there are some Stamp competitions here on the forum, but now I've received the second one, I am not so sure (2 wins from the same company is highly improbable). Could this be some kind of error at Monitoring and Posting Panel?
I've also posted this on the Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel Thread here on MSE.
Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me!

I also received stamps, the Star Wars presentation pack (same sender as yours, handwritten), which I assume came from here:

This closed in March, but what with Covid19 ......
I have won stamps twice within a few months before, a couple of years ago.1 -

Stamps from the posting panel come from Kantar, in West Bromwich, Royal Mail have no connection, other than that they are the ones being monitored.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Competition Time, Site Feedback and Marriage, Relationships and Families boards.
