Electrolux refund for cancelled service

Hi all
I'm at the end of my tether with Electrolux and I'm hoping for some advice or help!
We booked a one off repair for our integrated dishwasher at an upfront cost of £125 but then managed to resolve the problem ourselves so cancelled within the notice period they have given us. Unfortunately, we're finding it impossible to get a refund or even talk to anyone who knows how we can get a refund.
Me and my partner have spent hours on hold and being passed around 6 different numbers being told 'I can't help you with that, I'll transfer you/you need to call a different number'. In some cases we were told that the previous department we had spoken to should have dealt with it and not transferred us only to be told different again when we called back!
As it's a service we didn't receive, I didn't expect it to be this hard to get the money back. There's no information about a refund for the service or a number to call in any of the emails I had from them or on their website so we're at the mercy of their call handlers to get an answer!
Has anyone else had this problem with them? Or been in a similar situation and been able to get their money back?
I'd really like to avoid having to take them to Small Claims Court over this but I can't see a way out!

Contact your bank and advise them of the problem and request a chargeback for the payment. If you have proof of the cancellation (such as an e-mail), it's possible that they will want to see this.0
