Can I order an old colour of paint?

Options
Hi all,
I ordered some paint samples from Dulux a few months ago and we finally have got to the stage where we need to start painting, I chose Fresh Sage and Highland Green.
But I'm trying to order the paint colours and they don't seem to be available anywhere?
On the Dulux website it says they are 'only available in store' but when I click on the link it just takes me to a list of DIY shops in my area. I've called one or two but they don't have them. I asked if I could order the colour through them and they said no...

Has the paint colour been discontinued? After only a few months between me getting the sample and looking to buy? Do the colours change that quickly?
It seems silly that I can only pick from the limited stock currently available, can they not just mix more to order?

Sorry if these are really stupid questions! This is the first time I have tried decorating

Thank you

They can mix any colour - they have unique numbers.

I don't think Dulux are going to mix one tin up specially for you !!
If you really can't find it why not take your sample or colour card & use the paint mixing service at one of the DIY sheds ??
Not used them myself so can't comment on the quality etc

Dulux decorator centres will mix you any dulux colour, and many more. I imagine other decorating centres would be able to colour match, too. B&Q can colour match from a sample (paper card, fabric) and mix Valspar paint, they also probably have matches for most dulux paints in their database.

With any of the above, and latter especially, I'd recommend getting a sample first and trying on the wall to make sure they match your expectations.

Dulux Decorator centre will mix one tin because almost every tin is mixed in store.  They only hold in stock tins of white base colour and they are then tinted for the customer.

Avoid the DIY sheds as they may not have the full colour mix data.

And if they don't, Johnstone's will find a colour match and happily oblige.

Sorry to confuse things I meant the Dulux factory............not the decorator centres.
