I wasn’t sure if TSB completed their underwriting before the valuation but my broker said my case is in the queue to be underwritten so they will do it as soon as they can and then assess the valuation when it is back.

Anyone received an update after their valuation?

TSB came back this week saying the property we put an offer on was mortgageable ! I was expecting a down valuing but not that. It's a property built in 2014, no structural issues, doesn't make sense at all! Any one with a similar experience?
