Hi all please see the SAR template I will be sending to UKCPM's DPO via email. I've added a fifth bullet point saying "A copy of ‘Formal Demand of Payment’ letter" Any thing else to add?
Request to set aside with consent template letter to follow shortly.

As promised see the following for my template letter requesting a CCJ set aside with consent from UKCPM.
Just to confirm should I email below to UKCPM or their solicitors? As mentioned above, UKCPM telephone lines are closed due to COVID. I have not tried calling/emailing their solicitors as I haven't confirmed who they are. Tomorrow (or today) morning I will call County Court Business Centre (CCBC) for an electronic copy of the case file.

3) I just confirmed that my car (v5c) is registered to my parents address which is in Essex, Address_A. However the parking tickets, first issue 02/07/2018, and claim, claim raised on 11/11/2019, has been raised on a previous address, Address_B, that I no longer live at. I received the parking ticket whilst I was at Address_B but I moved out of Address_B in Oct 2018 and now live in Address_C. I have not received any correspondence, particularly the court claim, at Address_A or Address_C. In fact, I erroneously received another parking fine from parking eye at Address A that was dismissed by Morrison with no problem. Is my current situation an issue? When providing evidence should I provide my current address at Address_C and show that my v5c form is registered at Address_A?
Where was the car registered to on 02/07/2018 and why have they used address_B.
The answers are the crux of the set aside application.

Are the template letters above ok for what they are intended for?

If you haven't already submitted that SAR, you need to change it slightly to read: -Please ERASE my old address ...............
You don't want them to erase THEIR address!

Now, will I be in a better position if I highlight that the initial PCN and any correspondence was not and never been issued to the address on my car v5c form, i.e. Address_A from above quoted explanation? If not I will leave this out and stick to my initial approach.0 -
The common scenario in these is " We got the address from DVLA so as far as we're concerned it was the last known address".
Now clearly this is not your scenario. So the next question is why have they used Address_B ?3 -

1) Is this reasonable or should I offer to also clear the invoice?
2) is there anything else I need to add to my letter and consent form?

4) Is it advisable to contact a solicitor? No. You are fine. No paying the parking charge though.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ask them why they used the address they did.
Given the appearance of "bad" service why are you offering to pay the fee ?
Why a tomlin order ? Why 2 different parking companies ?3
