Dial A flight/Emirates flight refund.

Booked and paid for flights to Australia leaving 23/03/2021.We called Dial A Flight the day before the flights and they at first said we could have a refund then a manager came on the line and said we could only have a voucher valid for 12 months we now have one until The end of 2021 but it says it is non refundable and non transferable what can we do to get a refund .Thanks in advance for your help.

Emirates changed its policy months ago and have been refunding fairly well. Not sure what the policy is for those who accepted a voucher since the law has always been that you were entitled to cash. Might be worth contacting the airline and see if it can be swopped

Emirates have been refunding, but you didn't book through them so wouldn't be claiming a refund through them, your only recourse is to keep on at Dial-a-flight.  Emirates might tell you whether they've fully refunded DaF in cash, although they're not obliged to, if they have there's no reason for DaF not to pass the refund on to you.
