Sporting Season Ticket Refund Help

Had a partial refund for my current season ticket due to season being cancelled due to Covid-19. I have querried with the Club why they have refunded only 3 games when it should have been 4. Club offered an alternate home game at a different price bracket in lieu of the refund. I was unable to attend free game so have requested my refund instead. They have said no. Any advice where I stand on this appreciated. Free game offered in lieu would have cost me less than the original game. Game was offered pre Covid lockdown for info. Thanks in advance.
