Holiday Refund

Hi, I booked a holiday to Goa with Lastminute.com in December to Goa on 25th March. My holiday was cancelled and around that time received an email saying I would be entitled to a refund/voucher and should wait for an email. Between April and now, I have telephoned a couple of times and been told that it is still in progress and to wait. On occasions the telephone number has been removed from the website so there is no way to contact them and emails are bounced back. About 4 weeks ago, on my account it said I should receive my refund instructions within 14 days and to wait for an email. I have still received nothing. When I go to the website to enquire my booking id or telephone number is not recognised even though I can view my account plainly on the website (still displaying the message that I will hear within 14 days). It is very frustrating. Please can you advise what I should do.

Make a chargeback claim against the card you used to pay for the holiday. LM has the right to challenge it but since they had already acknowledged the owed the money. I suspect they won't oppose it. It would be much cheaper for them to simply issue the refund0
