Last minute.com Advice needed

Booked flights pre-covid for April which were  then cancelled by airlines ( Qantas and Virgin Australia). Booked though last minute.com, who emailed to confirm cancellation. I selected option for refund which was confirmed by last minute.com on 14th April. It stated the refund could take up to 3 months to process. It has now been over  four months and I have still not received any money back. I am also unable to contact lastminute.com,  phone numbers called all divert to voicemail informing not taking calls due to COVID and cannot respond to emails as bounce back. I have also tried their website which asks for booking ID in need help section but as my booking was cancelled it does not accept my ID number. Can anyone please advise ?

I think you could be struggling. Depending on how you paid your best bet would be a chargeback, but there is a 120 day limit on that and you’ve probably exceeded that. Count the days from your flight. 

What does your insurance say? 

If both of these fail your only option may be court, but even that is difficult as lastminute.com is Swiss headquartered.
