Hi All
First time poster here based in Dartford in the South East. Nice to meet you all.
Have got a quote covering the following.
-64sqm driveway to be block-paved using Bradstone Monksbridge pavers. Inset border of a different colour (one block thick)
-Fences run on either side including gravel boards and concrete posts (8m long each side). First fence panel 6ft on either side, all other panels 4 foot. These are contemporary timber fence panels so slightly more expensive than standard ones.
-Acco drains installed across the full 8m width of the house and garage which will run in to a soakaway dug 5m from the house
-Existing block paving and a shrub border need to be cleared and the price includes it.

Total I’ve been given is £7,500, what do folks think?

Wow that sounds cheap to me. I had a price a for a new fence (bespoke wooden fence) 20 metres long and a new patio laying (27 square metres) and they quoted me £7250 and I’m based in the north west.0

That does sound cheap to me. We paid about that 10 years ago - no fencing, but including stone flags and gravel near the house, and a low sandstone retaining wall.
Have they mentioned foundations? Ours are pretty substantial and needed a mini digger. Everything is still rock solid.
A neighbour used a different (cheaper) company and they just scraped out the foundations with shovels. Their block paving is now lifting in some parts and sinking in others.0
